RAM® Round Plate with Ball - B Size
Base Plate, Round, Aluminum, with 1" (25.4 mm) "B" Size Ball

The RAM-B-202U consists of a 1" B size rubber ball connected to a 2.5" diameter round plate. This mounting component includes pre-drilled holes using the universal AMPS hole pattern.

2 7/16" (62 mm) diameter marine grade aluminum base plate.  Could be used with double sided tape to hold a GPS flight recorder such as a Cambridge 302A.  For that application you would also want a RAP-B-201U arm and a RAM-B-224U suction cup (for canopy mounting) or RAM-B-238U base (for instrument panel or cockpit sidewall mounting).  Detailed drawing: RAM-B-202.pdf
