The RAM-B-201U consists of a medium double socket arm that accommodates 1" B size ball bases, device holders, and adapters. With an overall length 3.73", this is the standard RAM® double socket arm size. The easy to adjust knob allows for near-infinite adjustability for your connected device.

Aluminum arm, 1.75 inches (44.5 mm) from ball center to ball center, weight: 0.9 oz (26 g),  When used with 2 RAM-A-238 bases you get a very nice arm with a base-to-base length of 3.125 inches (80mm).  It is 1.5" shorter than the RAM-A-201U-B arm.  Mounting hardware not included.

Q: Can this accommodate slightly larger ball sizes or does it not have enough adjustability?
A: No, the RAM single and double socket arms are only intended to fit the size ball they're made for, in the case of the RAM-A-201U that ball is .56" in diameter.

Q: Will this arm allow a 1" Ram ball on one end and a 17mm Ram ball on the other end?
A: Unfortunately we do not offer any components that are compatible with a 17mm ball at this time.
