BR/UN - Total Energy Probe with Venturi Head - for UN and SUN mounting adapters
This venturi head style TE probe is a bit of an outdated design. Some motorglider manufacturers supply this type by default, but it is generally considered to be not as accurate as the RU and DN style TE probes above. You can replace this type of probe with an RU or DN style TE probe. This version is compatible with UN and SUN multi-port mounting adapters - which have been built into many sailplanes.
