The TA-870-Y adapter enables the connection of CGA-540 devices to CGA-870 medical cylinders

Allow the connection of CGA-870 (medical-style post valve) cylinders and devices to connect to CGA-540 cylinders and devices. It can be used to connect a CGA-870 oxygen cylinder to a CGA-540 regulator.  The TA-870-P does the reverse of the TA-870-Y.
