RAM® Composite Round Plate with Ball - B Size
Base Plate, Round, Plastic, with 1" (25.4 mm) "B" Size Ball

2 7/16" (62 mm) diameter plastic base plate.  Could be used with double sided tape to hold a GPS flight recorder such as a Cambridge 302A.  I think the RAM-B-202U would work better though because the bottom of this unit its not completely filled in (see the photo of the RAP-B-202A below) and may not hold to tape as well as the RAM-B-202.  For that application you would also want a RAP-B-201U arm and a RAM-B-224U suction cup (for canopy mounting) or RAM-B-238U base (for instrument panel or cockpit sidewall mounting).

A: The most common screw sizes are #8, #10, M4 and M5 screws. However, if you are pairing this with any RAM® Holder, the holder will come with the necessary hardware to connect to your mount.
