Two B sized (1") balls on an Aluminum rod.  1.75 inches from center of ball to center of ball.  Can be used to connect two RAM arms together.

The RAM-B-230U double ball adapter consists of two attached B size 1" rubber balls that allow the connection of two B size double socket arms. When measured from ball center to ball center, the length is 1.75".
