Flap Sensor UNI for LXNAV S8, S80, S10, or S100, LX8030, LX8040, LX9070, LX9050, or LX9000

The Flap sensor is designed to measure the position or angle of the flaps. It is very useful to direct the pilot with the correct flap setting. The new improved UNI variant with disconnectable cable enables much simpler installation and maintenance of the sensor and can be connected to both LX80xx/90xx and S8x/10x devices at the same time with a UNI 485/CAN Splitter (not included).

Connects to LX9000, LX8000 and LX8080 via RS485 bus or S-Vario on the CANBus network. 

A 3.5 m (11.5 foot) long UNI-CA3.5 cable is included for connection to the LX90x0 or LX80x0 RS-485 bus or to an S-Vario's LXNAV-CANbus-Y-Splitter.

For LX80x0 and LX90x0 systems - An LXNAV-RS485-Splitter is not included and may be required.

For S-varios - An LXNAV-CANbus-Y-Splitter is required and not included,

When connecting both an LX80x0 or LX90x0 AND S-vario - an LXNAV-UNI-CAN-485 splitter is required and not included.
