LXNAV S10D and S100D 2nd-Seat Repeaters
The S10D and S100D are 2nd-seat repeaters for use with S8, S10, S80, and S100 variometers. They receive vario data from the connected S8, S80, S10, or S100 variometer. These repeaters are operated independently from the main vario unit. Each pilot can use the control knobs and buttons to go to any screen and change settings. The screens in the 2 seats are not "slaves" - changes on one screen are not shown on both screens.
The S10D and S100D are functionally identical, except that the S10D fits into a 57 mm instrument hole and the S100D fits into an 80 mm instrument hole.
Note: The S10D and S100D are functionally identical to the S8D and S80D, except that the S10D and S100D have a PDA port - which is extremely convenient for connecting and powering a Naviter Oudie or similar device.
