Wiring harness for LX80x0 and LX90x0 Soaring Flight Computers
"DU" stands for "digital unit" - as opposed to the "analog" vario unit
One of these wiring harnesses is included with every LXNAV LX80x0 and LX90x0 system.
Connections:
- DB-15f connector for back of flight computer
- Cable with 2 wires for 12V power (white wire) and ground (black wire)
- RS-485 cable to DB-9f connector for connection to vario harness or RS-485 splitter
- RS-232 cable with round, 5-pin Binder connector (with pins), for connection to FLARM or other external device. Use LXNAV-LX5-PF Cable with RJ45 connector for connection to LXNAV PowerMouse or FLARM units with 8-pin RJ45 ports or LXNAV-LX5-PFCore cable for connection to PowerFLARM Core or PowerFLARM Fusion.
