National Weather Service - Very nice. Roll your mouse over the cells in the table and it changes the views - slick.  Also the loop tab has good forecast views.
MN DOT Weather Links - Excellent!  Click on "First Time Log-in", You will have to provide some personal info, then you will be provided an access code via email. I got mine within a few minutes.
