Overview
Mountain High makes a variety of oxygen regulators for use with their oxygen delivery systems.

Cylinder Valve Port Types
There are 2 types of cylinder valve port types commonly used in aircraft.  It is important to know which one is on your cylinder when ordering a regulator for it.  The regulator attaches to this port.

  • CGA-540 - US standard, Approximate outer diameter of threads: 0.875" (22.2 mm)
  • DIN-477 - European standard, Approximate outer diameter of threads: 1" (25.4 mm)

Lead-time
I try to stock as many parts as possible so I can ship to you immediately upon the receipt of your order.  However, MH offers an extremely broad range of products and kits so it is not possible for me to stock everything.  However, it is possible for MH to ship parts I don't have in stock directly to you very quickly.  That is good for you because you receive the products quickly.  It is good for me because it reduces the amount of inventory I need to stock and also eliminates the cost of shipping the products to me.  The items marked "In Stock" below are almost always in my stock here in Minnesota, USA.  The items marked "1 Day" (or similar) can be shipped directly from the vendor in Oregon, USA to you.

00REG-1004-00 XCP-1P XCP-1P, 1-Place Radial CGA-540 Regulator with CPC Port
CGA-540 port for oxygen cylinder and female CPC port for connecting to tubing leading to an MH3 or MH4 Flowmeter.  This regulator has a different connector than the one found on the XCR regulator.  The EDS-XCP-Adapter can be used to connect an EDS-D1 or O2D2 unit to an XCP or FPR regulator.  An EDS-XCP-Adapter is included with every EDS system.

The EDS In-line regulator is for applications in which you may wish to operate your EDS O2D1 or O2D2 units from an oxygen source other than our regulators such as an oxygen source of 30 to 90 psig.

Many of the built-in oxygen systems found in most type-certified aircraft operate from 30 to 80 psig. Some have been measured providing up to 110 psig. This is usually a sign that repair or replacement is necessary.

The EDS In-Line regulator can operate up to four (4) O2D1 units or two (2) O2D2 units.

The EDS In-Line regulator kit can be optionally ordered with one of the three most common OEM-type BNC-Connectors found in most aircraft of the time (shown in photo) for direct "Plug-n-Fly" for your aircraft type.
